We endeavour to use Australian sourced ethical and sustainable materials throughout your home, whether you chose pre designed kit set style, or prefer to choose the specifications, we strive to give you a home you love and can thrive in.

Base Minimalist
Floor Plan: 17.5 m2
Dimensions:
A popular model with plenty of space for 1 or 2 people. This space can be sold as a kit set, built onsite or come on a purpose built trailer upon application. A single story simple and compact home, we have made our Base Minimalist very affordable while not compromising on any of the sustainable and functional needs of a beautiful tiny home.
Base Skillion

The Skillion roof is a solar passive design that helps with airflow, sunlight in winter and more shade in summer.
With the addition of a loft storage and aspect, office or creative space, our Base Skillion is spacious while being cozy and no fuss. Our Base Skillion offers double the floor area of the Minimalist so you can utilize your Little Big Home as a functional, personalised and completely livable home.

Our cottage style Gable roof is a beautiful traditional concept that looks charming and still offers all the features you will need for your comfortable and functional Little Big Home. We construct the Gable roofing system in a flat pack so that once delivered onsite our team can erect the roof using our patented Spigot steel system and seal all the walls to leave you with an amazing cottage style Little Big Home.
