Minimalist in design the Econic Cabins has everything needed to feel luxurious while treading lightly on the earth.
The sleek eco-cabin designs includes 30 – 60 square meters of floor space with an additional 30 square meters of deck (optional). The One Bedroom Cabin floor layout features a spacious bedroom with floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes. The bedroom opens to an open plan living/dining area that flows to a generous sized kitchen. The bathroom has ample space for a bath or spa, and a separate composting toilet (also available as a flushing toilet). A skillion split-level roof with adjustable skylights allows natural winter light into living spaces.
Cabin Design Features
• Open plan design creates ample indoor-outdoor living.
• Stacker slider doors to spacious 30m2 front deck.
• Cross flow ventilation and large eaves create appropriate shading from strong summer sun.
• Northern facing skylights allow winter warmth to filtrate.
• Extensive use of glazing allows natural light, and winter warmth. In summer these windows are shaded by large eaves (option of additional solar block 2 glazing). Use of curtaining will increase thermal qualities.
• Floor plan: 30- 60 m2, adaptable due to semi-modular design and able to be configured to suit your living requirements. This design has the ability to be easily extended at later date.
